Earth Day Exhibit

The Earth Day exhibit is on display Friday, April 8 through Saturday, April 30 with an Immersion Event on Saturday, April 30 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm

The exhibit is split into two parts. The first deals with artwork and photography about nature as well as artworks that incorporate recycled materials in their creation. The other half of the exhibit is about the six Rs of Sustainability and takes on an approach that focuses on how cultures from all over the world tackle some of these Rs. Some examples of work include nature photography from neighboring Eagle Creek as well as examples of how textiles are recycled in India and Mexico as Chindi rugs and blankets respectively, and how they are recycled as vintage and thrifted fashion here in the States and more.
